Ingredients

  • 3 Oranges (juiced)
  • 2 Lemons (juiced)
  • 1 ½ cups Sugar
  • 440g Pineapple (tinned)
  • 1250ml Lemonade
  • 1250ml Ginger Ale
  • 2 Bananas
  • 5 Passionfruit
  • 250g Strawberries

Method

  1. Boil Lemon Juice, orange juice and sugar in a saucepan
  2. Place in a punch bowl and stand to cool slightly
  3. Place in the fridge for 2 – 3 hours
  4. Add Lemonade and Ginger Ale
  5. Place all fruits in just before serving
